How do I change my payment method and details?

If you have purchased a product on our app, you can raise a servicing request to change your payment method.  


  • Simply log in to our aQme app, go to "My Benefits" 
  • Choose any products that you would like to make changes to 
  • Go to Payment Method and click “Change” 
  • You will be redirected to Tokio Marine’s customer portal where you can reflect the changes directly.
