How do I change my payment cycle?

Now you can make changes to your payment cycle from monthly to yearly or vice versa, through our aQme app!
We are always constantly working to make it easy for you. Only a few simple steps for you to follow:

• Simply log in to our aQme app, go to "My Benefits"
• Choose any products that you would like to make changes to
• Click "Edit Benefit" and select your desired payment frequency either to Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly
• Click "Send me a Request form" and it will be send to your email address.
• You are required to fill the remaining details and you can send a copy back to us at [email protected]
• Or upload the document on the insurer's customer portal directly
