How do I change my sum assured?

Good news! You can now easily increase or decrease your sum policy coverage on the app at any time.

We are always constantly working to make it easy for you. Only a few simple steps for you to follow:

• Simply log in to our aQme app, go to "My Benefits"
• Choose any products that you would like to make changes to
• Click "Edit Benefit" and select your desired sum assured
• Click "Send me a Request form" and it will be send to your email address.
• You are required to fill the remaining details and you can send a copy back to us at hello@aqme.my
• Or upload the document on the insurer's customer portal directly
