My payment is unsuccessful. What do I do?

a. If you receive this error message ‘Transaction timed out at the ACS’ upon completing the payment, it means:


The error message ‘Transaction timed out at the ACS’ indicates that the payment transaction is not through due to customer did not fill in the OTP (One Time Pin) during the payment and reached timeout.  
 
b. If you received this error message ‘Transaction not permitted to cardholder’ upon completing the payment, it means 
  
The error message ‘Transaction not permitted to cardholder’ indicates that the payment transaction is not through due to the payment is restricted by the bank (card issuer). Therefore, you may reach out to your card-issuing bank to inquire about the specific reason for the transaction decline. They can provide more information regarding any restrictions, security measures, or issues related to your card. 
 
c. If you received this error message ‘Fail – Host declined’ upon completing the payment, it means 
  
The ‘Fail-Host Declined’ payment message indicates that the payment transaction was declined by the host or the payment processing system. This could occur due to various reasons, such as insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, or security measures implemented by the host.  
 
d. If you received this error message ‘System Error (3DS Service)’ upon completing the payment, it means 

   

The error message ‘System Error (3DS Service)’ indicates that the payment transaction is not through due to the merchant setup only accept full 3D transaction. Therefore, you may reach out to your card-issuing bank to inquire about the specific reason for the transaction decline. They can provide more information regarding any restrictions, security measures, or issues related to your card. 
 
Therefore, to complete the payment, please retry the transaction by initiating a new payment attempt. Click on the payment button or follow the instructions provided on the payment page to submit your payment details again.  
 
In addition, it is important to ensure you have sufficient funds and correct payment information filled in to be able to make the payment. Don’t forget to fill in the OTP upon request.
