How do I change and/or update my personal details?

We want to make updating personal details easy because we want to know you better.
Now you are able to change and update your personal details through our aQme app.
If you have purchased a product from us and would like to update some personal details such as full name, nationality,

occupation, and/or contact details, here’s what you will need to do:

  • Simply log in to our aQme app, go to "Me" section
  • Choose any personal information that you would like to make changes
  • You will then receive a confirmation on the changes sent to your email address
  • In case you would like to make changes on your NRIC, Date of Birth, or Gender,
    you can reach out to us directly via Whatsapp, Live Chat or email us at hello@aqme.my


If you'd like to sync up your policy(s), you can notify your insurer(s) separately on the preferred channel(s):
