How do I submit request for Claims?

For now, you will need to raise your claim through Tokio Marine Life:

You may download 'OneTokio' app, to submit request for Claims.
Log in to Tokio Marine Life Customer Portal at https://www.tokiomarinelife.com.my/eServices/
You may contact them via email at customercare@tokiomarinelife.com.my; or their hotline at 03-2603 3999.
Download and fill this form. Send it to Customer Service Department at Tokio Marine Life Assurance Malaysia office at:

You may download 'Etiqa Smile' app, go to 'Submit a Claim'
Or you may visit Etiqa website and log in at https://www.etiqa.com.my/MyAccount
Select the type of claim you wish to submit
Fill in the required information for your claim, and ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
